As Global Leader of Experience Services at Salesforce, she established and scaled a global organization to more than 350 consultants, designers, strategists, and change leaders who helped Fortune 500 organizations accelerate adoption, transformation, and business value. Later, she led digital transformation and AI strategy at LogicMonitor, driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and helping leaders navigate the opportunities and challenges of emerging technologies.
Throughout her career, Melissa has partnered with executives at organizations including Google, Apple, Ford, General Motors, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, Humana, and many others to align teams, create shared vision, and deliver lasting business impact.
Outside of coaching, Melissa enjoys running, skiing, paddle boarding, and exploring the world. She splits her time between California and Utah and loves spending time outdoors with her husband, two daughters, and their Goldendoodle, Shark.
